TIMBER FRAME BARN
The Timber Frame Barn was handcrafted using old-world techniques from locally milled rough-cut spruce logs. The lower level’s rugged timbers, knotty pine details, and open floor plan bring warmth and charm, perfect for your indoor ceremony or reception. The upper level features our “Nest” Bridal Suite to prepare for your day or spend your first married night together.

WALNUT GROVE
Walnut Grove is a natural hollow in the rolling hillside just before the steep climb among the pines above. A mossy stone wall, and graceful arching tall English walnuts, just above the main orchard bring simple elegance to our outdoor charm.

THE ORCHARD
Acres of apple, cherry, pear, plum, walnut, and hazelnut trees spread their graceful arch of branches over the carpet of soft green. Fall brings new colors, and leaves dance to the ground. Imagine your gathering set with long farmhouse tables and twinkle lights overhead.

FOREVER TREE
This majestic black walnut tree, The Forever Tree, is the sentry of the orchard and nestled at the bottom of the forested hillside. Its graceful branches shade the area year-round and provide a spectacular golden show in fall. Adjacent to the Timber Frame Barn, it provides easy access to multiple areas for photos and reception.

RUSTIC BARN
Built around the time of the original homestead, the old barn was home to hay and farm animals in the early years. Today its weathered wood brings that rustic or western feel to your event. Surrounded by forest and the sweet smell of summer blackberries, the rustic barn brings the timeless enchantment of a simpler time.

TREE LINED LAWN
An endless sea of manicured green surrounded by tall pines whispering in the breeze. This is the forested backdrop to fully create the mood that best reflects you and invites everyone you know. Adjacent to the Rustic Barn and steps away from the Timber Frame Barn, the possibilities are endless.

CREEKSIDE MEADOW & TERRACE
Stands of pines and birch trees rise to the sky, views of the prairie high above, and sounds of whispering grasses.
The Meadow site is adjacent to our camping area and the largest area ready to accommodate 300+ guests. You can spread out and set up the ceremony and reception side by side and flow between the two as you make your own history.
Capacity: 300+
The Terrace site is the most natural of settings on-site and perfect for an intimate or micro setting. No permanent structures are allowed here, so you and your guests will have the feeling of being deep in nature, apart from the world. Your event will reflect your love of the outdoors.
